    For example, for an abandoned vehicle, you might provide the make/model and color of the vehicle. Any extra description to help pinpoint the issue will be helpful.
14. Address / Location of Violation
    If you do not know the address of the violation, but know that it is your next-door neighbor in a certain direction, the violation can be found if you give us your address and let us know it's the neighbor to the east or to the right instead.
    
    Alternately, you might say it's the issue on the northeast (or other appropriate direction) corner of X Road and Y Street. Any sort of similarly descriptive location information will be helpful.
