You can make a verbal complaint by dialing 317-839-8700 and then by asking to speak to a Uniform Branch supervisor. If one is immediately available, you will be able to speak to the supervisor directly about the issue. If the on-duty supervisor is unavailable at the time of your call, a message and callback number will be sent to the supervisor to contact you.
