NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE PLAINFIELD PLAN COMMISSION
Pursuant to applicable law, the Plainfield Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on June 5, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., at the Plainfield Fire Headquarters, 591 Moon Road, Plainfield, Indiana on the following petition:
Master Plan: MP-23-028 Requesting Master Plan approval for building additions on a 90.0 acres +/- parcel zoned School.
The property location: 1 Red Pride Drive, Plainfield, Indiana 46168

A copy of this Petition, and all plans pertaining thereto are on file and available for examination prior to the Public Hearing at the Plainfield Municipal Building, Department of Development Services., 206 W. Written comments in support of or in opposition to the Petition may be filed with the Secretary of Plainfield Plan Commission prior to or at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may need to be continued from time to time as may be found necessary. Said Public Hearing will be open to the public and any objectors will be heard at this meeting.

Notice of Public Hearing of the Town Council of Plainfield, Indiana
Regarding Annexation of Certain Property to the Town
The Town Council of the Town of Plainfield, Hendricks County, Indiana, (the “Town Council” and “Town,” respectively) is proposing to annex approximately 0.903 acres of property contiguous to the Town and located at the west half of 6487 S County Rd 600 E on the southwest side of the Town (the “Territory”). All landowners residing in the Territory have requested that the Town consider such annexation. The Town Council will conduct a public hearing on June 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. (Local Time) at the Plainfield Fire Territory Headquarters, located at 591 South Moon Road, Plainfield, Indiana 46168, to give final consideration to annexation of the property in accordance with the provisions of Indiana Code Sections 36-4-3 et.seq.
A legal description of the area being considered for annexation is available and can be inspected at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office at Plainfield Town Hall, 206 W. Main Street, Plainfield, Indiana 46168 during regular business hours.
At the public hearing, the Town Council will receive and hear comments, remonstrance and objections from interested persons concerning the proposed annexation.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 14-2023 “AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND MAKING A PART OF THE TOWN OF PLAINFIELD, INDIANA, CERTAIN DESCRIBED TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS TO THE TOWN OF PLAINFIELD AND ADDING SAID TERRITORY TO COUNCIL DISTRICT NUMBER 1”
Notice is hereby given that on May 22, 2023, the Town Council of the Town of Plainfield, Indiana, adopted Ordinance No. 14-2023, “An Ordinance Annexing and Making a Part of the Town of Plainfield, Indiana, Certain Described Territory Contiguous to the Corporate Limits to the Town of Plainfield and Adding Said Territory to Council District Number 1” (the “Watters Annexation Ordinance”). The property that is the subject of this Watters Annexation Ordinance consists of approximately 3.17 acres and is generally located at 10701 Bradford Rd in Plainfield, Indiana, 46168 (the “Territory). The Territory is currently located outside of the corporate boundaries of the Town of Plainfield and is being annexed into the Town subject to a Petition for Voluntary Annexation. All landowners residing in the Territory have requested that the Town consider such annexation.
