Overview
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA), has five members whose duties include assisting and advising the Town Council in the administration of the Town zoning ordinance, conducting public hearings on matters as required by provisions of the zoning/subdivision ordinances, and any other matters referred by the council or by ordinance. Following the required public hearings, the plan commission makes its reports and recommendations to the council and town manager. Interested parties should check the Development Services or Town calendar for scheduled meetings.
