Utility Billing

For your convenience, the town maintains a utility payment drop box located in the parking lot of the Municipal Building. It is available 24 hours a day. The utility billing clerks empty it once every morning at the beginning of the day and process payments. Please be aware that anything left in the drop box will likely be processed the next day, not the day you place it in the box.

If you are concerned about late payment or a possible utility shut off, please come in the building and pay at the window rather than use the drop box. You may also pay with a valid credit card using our online utility bill payment system.

Launch of Invoice Cloud Customer Portal

As of January 1st, 2024, we are pleased to announce the launch of a new Utility Billing customer payment portal! We have partnered with Invoice Cloud to provide a more user-friendly customer payment portal with some exciting new features. 

Some of those great features will include: paperless billing, options to sign up for automatic payments, options to sign up for bill reminders to your phone or e-mail, pay through text, pdf statements that can be downloaded and appear just as they do coming through the mail, and options to pay using Pay Pal.  

All customers will need to register for an account in the new system once it has gone live and link their utility billing account(s) to it. We will have two short tutorials available on the new home page. One to assist customers setting up their accounts for the first time, and another to assist customers signing up for automatic payments. We encourage you to use both. 

If you are a customer who has active automatic payments established on your account, you do not need to update your payment information – it will be migrated for you once you register for your new account.
